Kinguin partnership with CCC
During Black Friday Weekend we had an in-store activation with our partner CCC – a fashion company from Poland. There was a Black Friday ‘Week’ Booth in front of some CCC stores, which allowed customers to win special prizes. Kinguin provided vouchers and mascots for the winners. The activation was also supported by a dozen local influencers and was published by the local fashion media.
Kinguin hit 100.000 transactions completed during Black Friday Weekend. The number, although wildly successful, brought a few challenges to our Customer Support and IT departments, due to high traffic on the platform. The teams managed it smoothly to ensure a top-notch customer experience with our brand.
This is not the first time Kinguin has partnered with CCC. During the summer holidays Kinguin was supporting a gaming initiative from CCC. As part of the Game Garage Playoffs campaign, CCC invited all Club Members to meetings with well-known influencers. Gaming meetings took place in the 8 largest cities of Poland, attended by their brand ambassadors: rapper Smolasty, Kinga Sawczuk, Kaluch and gaming influencers such as: Junajted, Makito, Jcob, Izaak, Aquel, Nervarien or Lach. The activation was concluded with a Back-to-School event organized on the 9th of November. There were several gaming tournaments and a special concert by Smolasty.
